Start free, then choose what fits
The Free plan includes 1 site, 1 dashboard user, up to 5 locations and 1 active QR code. Paid plans include unlimited locations, with site, dashboard-user and active-QR limits set by plan.
New accounts start on the permanent Free plan. An Administrator may deliberately start the optional 14-day Multi-Site Business trial from Billing & Plan. When the trial ends, the organisation returns to Free without its data being deleted.
Manage paid subscriptions through Stripe
Subscription management includes upgrades, downgrades, cancellation and invoice history. Confirm the applicable billing terms at signup or checkout.

Are public submissions limited?
No. Public submissions are unlimited and don’t consume credits. Free includes up to 5 locations. Paid plans include unlimited locations, while site, dashboard-user and active-QR limits depend on the selected plan.
What happens after a failed payment?
The current specification provides 14 days of full service from the first failed payment. If unresolved after that, the organisation becomes read-only and public submissions stop. Retained organisation data is permanently deleted 30 days after the first failed payment.
What happens if I cancel?
Paid access continues until the end of the paid period. The current specification then provides a 30-day read-only recovery period, with public submissions disabled, before permanent deletion. Uploaded evidence still follows the fixed 7-day rule.
