Hazards
Capture unsafe conditions where they’re noticed.
When the reporting route is clear and easy to use, people have a better way to raise hazards, near misses, good catches and other safety concerns. Keep Improving connects that reporting route with structured case and action management.
A consistent reporting route helps staff raise hazards, near misses and good catches. Authorised users decide the priority, assign the response and verify completion as part of the organisation’s wider safety arrangements.

Yes. JPG/JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF are supported, with up to 5 files per submission and a maximum of 10 MB per file.
All uploaded originals, thumbnails and previews are permanently deleted exactly 7 days after the original submission date. Viewing, downloading or keeping a case open doesn’t extend that period. The non-file case record remains under the applicable account-retention rules.
